About Me
I started mykeloidscar.com to share my personal experience living with keloid scars.
For a long time, I struggled to find clear, honest information that reflected both the medical side of keloids and the day-to-day reality of living with them. Most resources felt either overly clinical or unrealistically optimistic. This site exists to bridge that gap.
Here, I document what I’ve learned through personal experience, research, and conversations with healthcare professionals. I focus on realistic timelines, small improvements, and the mental side of dealing with scars that don’t change quickly.
My goal is simple: to help others feel less alone, more informed, and better prepared for the long journey that keloid healing often is.
